Estate case files, 1821- .

Upon the recording of the various instruments presented in estate settlements, the originals are gathered and filed in the probate office. This series consists of inventories, appraisals, affidavits, bank statements, wills, petitions for property division, and any other information pertaining to the settlement of the estate. This record began in 1821 and continues to the present.
